tank and other biofireplace components exposed to flames or hot air may still be very hot even
several minutes after the fire was extinguished. Before re-ignition, wait until the biofireplace
reaches room temperature.
CAUTiOn !!!
It is forbidden to extinguish the biofireplace with water or other liquid. In case of ignition
of a spilled bio-fuel, use a powder extinguisher or cut off the air supply to the fire by
using non-combustible material. (Picture 7).
7. Maintenance
All maintenance activities can only be performed when the biofireplace is extinguished and
frigid. Biofireplace should be cleaned regularly. Casing elements and bio-container should be
cleaned with damp cloth and a non-caustic cleaning agents suitable for the type of material.
If the biofireplace is equipped with the glass it should be cleaned with a commercially available
specimens for the care of the glass surface. Absorbent core used in the bio-container becomes
worn and should be replaced every two years.
8. Warranty
Biofireplaces, which were already burned, are excluded from the right to exchange or refund.
The manufacturer grants a 2 year warranty on the smooth operation of bio-container after the
purchase of the product. Biofireplace buyer is obliged to read the users manual and installation
instructions. In case of complaint, please send a complaint protocol and proof of purchase.
The submission of these documents is necessary to consider all the claims. Consideration of
the complaint shall be made within 14 days beginning from of the date of its submission.

9. Environmental protection
√ All elements of the biofireplace package should be disposed of in an appropriate manner for
their type.
√ If the exploitation of biofireplace is finished it must be recycled. User is obliged to deliver the
biofireplace waste to the appropriate institution for the recycling of this type of equipment
