11.11.2.1 Adding and Editing Static Filtering Rules

To add a new rule, click a the Add button in the previous screen. To change the settings of a
rule, select a rule and and click Add in the previous screen.

DESCRIPTION
This field displays the index number of the rule. Click an index number to edit the
rule.
This field displays Yes when the rule is activated and No when is it deactivated.
This field displays the descriptive name for this rule. This is for identification
purpose only.
This field displays the MAC address with the VLAN identification number to which
the MAC address belongs or a combination of the two.
This field displays the VLAN identification number.
This field displays the filtering action (Discard both, Discard source or Discard
dest.).
Click the Add button to create a filtering rule.
Select the rule(s) that you want to remove in the Filtering table and then click the
Delete button.
