3.3 Screen Structure

This section describes the contents of each section of the screen when simple ISW (LAN) function
is enabled.
The following sections cover the description of a display unit on the slave side only. The
description of a display unit on the master side is the same as that provided in JMR-5400 Series
and NCD-2315/2316 Navigation Information Display Instruction Manual.
3.3.1 Radar system information
This section describes the "Radar system information"
section at the top left corner of PPI.

system information" section for the display unit on the
slave side of simple ISW (LAN).

Switches the display unit for the scanner to a Master/Slave
status. When there are multiple scanners connected to the
network, the scanner to be used as the source of the image that
is displayed is switched whenever the button is pressed.
[Example]
When two scanners are connected, the mode is switched in
the following sequence.
[Master]→[Slave]→[Master]
When three scanners are connected, the mode is switched
in the following sequence.
[Master]→[Slave 1]→[Slave 2]→[Master]
[Remarks]
Even if the scanner is in the [Standby] mode or the connection
disabled state (Offline), the scanner is not skipped from the
sequence.
Displays the transmission band of the scanner that is selected by
using the ISW button.
Switches to ON/OFF the display of the images received from the
scanner that is selected by using the ISW button. A display unit
on the slave side cannot control standby/transmission for the
scanner.
[Remarks]
When the selected scanner is in the [Standby] mode or the
connection is disabled, the display cannot be set to ON.
Displays the tuning indication value of the scanner that is
selected by using the ISW button. A display unit on the slave side
cannot perform tuning for the scanner.
Displays the transmission pulse width of the scanner that is
selected by using the ISW button. A slave display unit cannot
change the pulse width of the scanner.
