Zweckbestimmung

Das Haltesystem dient zur kurzzeitigen flexiblen
Positionierung von KARL STORZ Endoskopen,
VITOM ® und Instrumenten bei offenen,
mikrochirurgischen und minimal­invasiven
Eingriffen.
Das Haltesystem hat keinen Patientenkontakt und
ist deshalb nicht­invasiv.

Kontraindikationen

Kontraindikationen, die sich direkt auf diese
Produkte beziehen, sind derzeit nicht bekannt. Der
Einsatz des Haltesystems ist dann kontraindiziert,
wenn nach Einschätzung des behandelnden
Arztes die OP­Methode kontraindiziert ist oder
aufgrund des Allgemeinzustands des Patienten die
OP­ bzw. Narkosefähigkeit nicht gegeben ist.

Qualifikation des Anwenders

Nur Ärzte und medizinisches Hilfspersonal, die
über eine entsprechende fachliche Qualifikation
verfügen und am Gerät eingewiesen sind, dürfen
das ARTIP™ BASE Haltesystem anwenden. Nur
fachlich geeignete Personen dürfen einweisen.

The holding system is used for the short­term,
flexible positioning of KARL STORZ endoscopes,
VITOM ® and instruments for open, microsurgical
and minimally invasive interventions.
The holding system does not come into contact
with the patient and is therefore non­invasive.

Contraindications

No contraindications relating directly to the
product are currently known. The use of the
holding system is contraindicated if, in the opinion
of the attending physician, the surgical method as
such is contraindicated or if the patient is not able
to undergo surgery or anesthesia due to his or her
general condition.

User qualification

Only physicians and medical support staff with
a relevant specialist qualification and who have
received training on the device may use the
ARTIP™ BASE holding system. Only technically
suitable persons may provide training.

Uso previsto

El sistema de soporte sirve para el
posicionamiento breve y flexible de endoscopios
de KARL STORZ, VITOM ® e instrumentos en
intervenciones abiertas, microquirúrgicas y
mínimamente invasivas.
El sistema de soporte no entra en contacto con el
paciente y, por ello, no es invasivo.

Contraindicaciones

No se conocen actualmente contraindicaciones
que se refieran directamente a estos productos.
La utilización del sistema de soporte está
contraindicada cuando, según la opinión del
médico encargado del tratamiento, el método
quirúrgico en sí esté contraindicado o, debido
al estado general del paciente, no pueda
administrarse anestesia o practicarse cirugía.
3. 3 Cualificación del usuario
El sistema de soporte ARTIP™ BASE solo
puede ser empleado por médicos y personal
de asistencia sanitaria que dispongan de una
cualificación profesional adecuada y que hayan
sido instruidos en la utilización del aparato.
La instrucción solo podrá ser llevada a cabo
por personas con una cualificación profesional
adecuada.
