4.16 xP9/xH9: Fan module protection (Display on faulty unit, all the ODU in standby)
If the system display three times P9 protection in 60 minutes, the system will stop and display H9 error code.
When the system displays H9 error code, the system can resume only by restarting the machine. At this time,
malfunction should be disposed promptly to avoid further damage.
