(5) Press the ENTER key and select the thermocouple type.
(6) Press the MENU key to open the DATA menu.
(7) Use the key to move the cursor to Sampling.
(8) Press the ENTER key and set Sampling Interval to 1 s.
(9) Configuration completed.
Press START key to begin measurement.

set to a value above 1 s to enable the digital filter.
