EXTEND LIMIT
RETRACT LIMIT
TRANSMITTER
OFFSET
DIRECTION
From the position table above, the new position is 65536 minus the old position. Remember to
change the extend and retract limits.
The next step is to change the OFFSET so the EXTEND LIMIT is the 0 position. This can be done by
subtracting the EXTEND LIMIT position from the OFFSET as follows:
END OF ROD
EXTEND LIMIT
RETRACT LIMIT
TRANSMITTER

Here is how these parameters look:

NOTE: In this example, positions between the transmitter at 35000 and the RETRACT LIMIT at 27000 will
cause the axis to move to the RETRACT LIMIT. Positions between 35000 and 65536 will cause

NOTE: DCSMON stores the parameters in a 32-bit format with a range of -65535 to +65535. It does this to
display them with their correct signs. To update DCSMON's files, you must save the parameters to
the module's BDn (board) file. After you have adjusted them so the axes move correctly, enter 'S
<CR>' at DCSMON's main screen to save the parameters in the module's BDn file.
