- Page 2 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE BUMPER IS HEAVY, ASSISTANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID POSSIBLE INJURY OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. Vehicle Preparation Disconnect the factory fog lamp connectors (If Applicable), zip tie harness to frame. Open the Hood and remove the 8 dart clips holding the plastic radiator valance( Fig 1).
- Page 3 Remove bolts and swing outer bumper support tubes down and out of the way, using a 15mm socket. Two Bolts per side (Fig 4). Fig 4 Remove the dart clips holding the rubber valance between the frame and the bumper.
- Page 4 Attach the license plate to the Replacement Bumper (Fig 8). Fasten the license plate with the hardware. (1)5mm Lock Washers (1)5×15×1.2mm Flat Washer (1)5mm Hex Nut (1)5×15×1.2mm Flat Washer (1) 5×20 Phillips Screw Fig 8 Remove the Towing Hook from the frame, fasten the bumper to the frame with the hardware (Fig 9A).Do not reinstall the Towing Hook at this time (Fig 9B).
- Page 5 Attach the Towing Hook to the Frame Brackets and the frame. Fasten the hook with the hardware (Fig 10A & 10B). (1)12×130mm Hex Bolts (2)12×24×2.5mm Flat Washers (1)12mm Lock Washers (1)12mm Hex Nuts Fig 10A Fig 10B Reinstall the factory wiring harness to the fog light.
