Configuring a VPN

A virtual private network (VPN) provides a secure mode of communication
between designated Internet elements. You can configure a VPN from your
IP71 to another IP71 or any other VPN gateway.
In this guide, a VPN refers to secure communication between an IP71 with a
SmallOffice Check Point NG license and another similarly configured
element such as another IP71 or Check Point VPN gateway.
