Daytime Running
Lamps (DRL)
DRL increase the visibility of the
vehicle during daylight. The DRL
LEDs can operate in two different
intensities:
• Normal intensity for park lamps.
• High intensity for DRL function.
The DRL operate in high intensity
when the ignition is on or the engine
is running and the lamp control
switch is in AUTO position.
If the lamp control switch is turned to
8 or 9, the DRL operate in normal
intensity.
If the lamp control switch is turned
off the DRL do not operate.

Hazard warning flashers

Press ¨ to turn the hazard warning
flasher on or off, when the ignition is
in any position.
All turn signals flash continuously.
Use the hazard warning flasher if
the vehicle becomes a traffic hazard,
day or night.
Note
Using hazard warning flashers while
the vehicle is moving, is illegal in
some States and Countries.
Turn and lane change
signals
1. Push the lever in the direction
the steering wheel is turned.
A green arrow on the instrument
cluster flashes when the lamps
are in operation.
For three flashes, e.g. when
changing lanes:
1. Push the lever until the point of
resistance, then release.
