Driving with recirculation mode
on for a prolonged period of
time can make you sleepy.
Periodically switch to outside air
mode for fresh air.
The exchange of fresh air is
reduced in air recirculation mode.
In operation without cooling, the
air humidity increases, so the
windows may mist up. The quality
of the passenger compartment
air deteriorates, which may cause
the vehicle occupants to feel
drowsy.

Air conditioning

The air conditioning system cools
and dehumidifies (dries) the intake
air, therefore condensation may form
and drip from under the vehicle.
If no cooling or drying is required,
switch the cooling system off to
save fuel.
Even though the air conditioning is
turned on, the vehicle will produce
warm air if the air temperature switch
is in the red area.
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Rotate the temperature switch to
the desired setting.
3. Press n.
4. Rotate the fan speed switch to
the required speed.
5. Rotate the air distribution switch
to the required setting.
To turn the air conditioning
system off:
1. Rotate the fan speed switch x
to 0.
Climate control
Maximum cooling
Use maximum cooling for
quick cooling of the passenger
compartment.
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Rotate the temperature switch
to cold air.
3. Press n.
4. Rotate the fan speed switch x
to 4.
5. Push 4.
