Specifying an index file

During the PDF splitting process, two index files are automatically created: an ASCII file
formatted in Comma Separated Values (CSV) and a corresponding XML-formatted index
file. Both have the same file name, except for the file extension (*.csv and *.xml).
This is a sample of output for an automatically generated XML-formatted index file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
