VIPO Dispatch window

The VI PDF Originator Dispatch window provides access to dispatch functions.
The upper portion of the Dispatch window consists of these elements:
Title bar
Displays the name of the program and your computer's name. It also contains the
standard minimize, maximize, and cancel buttons.
