INTERNAL WATER DISPENSER INPUT OPERATION

(MODELS BI-36UID, BI-36-UFDID AND BI-42UFDID ONLY)
Over-Under models equipped with a water dispenser on the left wall inside the refrigerator compartment utilize a
micro switch behind the water dispenser pad, just below the spout. Input operations a customer or Service
Technician may perform at the internal water dispenser are listed below.
The water dispenser switch operates on low DC voltage. Never apply AC line voltage to the water dispenser
switch.
Dispensing Water
To operate the water dispenser, press the rim of a class
against the water dispenser pad below the spout until
the desired amount of water is received (See Figure 2-
36C).
NOTE: Before the water dispenser is used for the first
time, or after servicing the water dispensing system, the
water reservoir tank, water lines and plumbing connec-
tion must be purged of air. Do this by pressing the
water dispenser pad three (3) consecutive times for one
(1) minute each. Do not press the water dispenser pad
for three (3) straight minutes, as this will cause the "L0
H2" error and the dispenser will stop working.
