Fault Indicated via DCS

Note!
First Checks concerning the DCS
In case faults are indicated via the control system, make sure the built- in slaves of your
PROFIBUS Power Hub system are correctly integrated into the engineering tool.
Symptom
PA slaves keep leaving cyclic
data exchange.
PA slaves and DP slaves keep
leaving cyclic data exchange.
Device diagnostics: No
redundancy even though
2 gateway modules are used.
Device diagnostics:
"Redundancy partner
missing"
Possible cause
PA bus master parameters are
write-protected. Reason: Built-
in slave is in cyclic data
exchange using PA bus
configuration module.
Diagnostic module is defect or
was removed (by active ADM
alarm observer only).
At least one monitored system
value has violated the preset
limit.
