Operation
Forward and reverse movement with the right foot
pedal.
The pedal must not be operated with the tips of
your shoes only!
To be able to react quickly in dangerous situations,
the shoe must be positioned completely on the
operating pedal.
•
The brake is applied by slowly moving the operating pedal to
the 0 position.
•
A strong braking is achieved by counteracting the operating
pedal.
•
The left-hand operating pedal is for lifting/lowering the jib.
•
Tilting the operating pedal forwards: lowering the jib.
•
Tilting the operating pedal backwards: lifting the jib.
•
Never operate the operating pedals jerkily or let them spring
back, otherwise pressure jerks will occur in the forward and
return flows which can damage the hydraulic motor!
•
With the mechanical cross control lever (figure 1A) or with the
electronic joystick (figure 2A) the operation of the attachments
is controlled. For example the opening and closing (see figure
A) of a hydraulic laying clamp (HVZ).
Vacuum operation (only possible with electronic joystick):
•
Press the blue button on the joystick.
•
Lower the delivery arm downwards with the left foot pedal
(Fig. B).
•
Place the vacuum suction plate on the load (stone plate).
•
Move extension arm upwards with left foot pedal (Fig. B).
•
Move the load (stone slab) carefully to its destination.
•
Lower the load (stone slab) (with left foot pedal (fig. B)).
•
Place the load on the floor and move the joystick forward
(vacuum is interrupted).
•
IMMEDIATELY move the jib arm upwards again,
otherwise the vacuum operation will be active again
immediately after releasing the joystick (in middle position)!
•
- Switch off vacuum Press the blue button on the joystick.
