If a number is dialed by selecting a speed dial number, redial, a number in the saved number
store, a number in the 'Missed Calls' store or a key programmed with an external number, the
number is immediately dialed.
If you go off hook on a featurephone or are dialing from a standard phone, dial the line access
code 760 and then dial the external number. The number is sent to line if # is dialled. If # is not
dialed the digits are sent 4 seconds after the last digit is dialed.

Changing Outgoing Groups programming for VoIP trunks

In default the IP Trunks are in Outgoing Group 2 accessed by dialling 760.
This can be changed to include any of the other groups as follows: -
• From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAMME key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
• Select "System Programming".
• Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "Outgoing Groups" is displayed.
• Select "Outgoing Groups" option.
• Select the group you wish to set up. Up to 11 groups can be set up, each with a
corresponding access code, 9 or 760 - 769
• Select the IP Trunks to be located in the group.

LCR Codes

By programming LCR codes and selecting the IP trunks as the preferred option you can choose
to send particular types of calls automatically over the IP Trunks.
For example to send international traffic over the IP Trunks, if one is free, enter 011 as the input
code and 011 as the output code and select the IP trunks after choosing "Preferred".
• From the programming extension, press the PROGRAMME key.
• Press the Scroll Down key ( ) until "System Programming" is displayed.
• Select "System Programming".
• Enter the System Programming Password and select "Lines".
• Scroll Down and select "LCR Codes".
• Select "LCR On" to activate the feature.
• Enter in a code index (01-50).
• Enter an input code (Up to 5 digits). Press "Confirm". This is the code dialed by the user.
• Enter an output code (Up to 9 digits). This is the code that will be inserted before the
telephone number that the user dials.
• Select the preferred or exclusive option.
If "Exclusive" is selected, the calls can only be sent on the lines selected.
• If "Preferred" is selected, the calls will be routed on the lines selected if they are free. If one of
these lines are not available the call will be dialed on another free line. In this case, the output
code is not dialed.
Press the handsfree key to finish programming.

Redialling calls on IP Trunks over standard exchange lines

When a call is dialed over an IP Trunk the option to redial the call over a standard exchange line is
offered on the in-call menu. This option should be used if the quality on the VoIP call is poor.
When the option to redial over a PSTN Line is selected broken tone is returned for a period set at
5 seconds in default.
The user stays off hook. (This is to allow time for the external party to go on hook).
After the timer expires, a free line in the first line group is selected and the call is redialled.
When the call is redialled the number is saved in the redial store.
If no free line is available busy tone is returned. In this case the number is not stored in the redial
store.
If this number is redialled from the redial store the call will again go out over a exchange line in
the first line group. If LCR has been programmed to route calls over the IP Trunks in this case the
call will bypass the LCR programming.
