Cushion Assembly Replacement

(also applies to upright, back shells, and seat shell replacement)
1.
If chair has arms, remove per arm removal instructions page 5.
2.
Adjust chair to maximum seat height.
3.
Turn chair upside down and set on stand or table.
Back
4.
Remove upright and back assembly by removing upright
screws and tapping upright out of chair
control using mallet.
5.
Remove upper Outer Back shell by pulling from bottom edge
of shell and prying up/pulling carefully at
locations shown.
6.
Remove lower Outer Back shell by pulling/prying at bottom
corners as shown.
7.
Remove the bolts from bottom upright straps and pull upright
assembly out of the Inner shell.
8.
Install new back upholstery assembly onto upright assembly
and attach with the 10-24 tapping shoulder
bolts provided through the bottom upright straps.
9.
Re-install lower and upper Outer Back shells using alignment
features to position, and pressing
parts together around perimeter.
