Height Adjust Column Assembly Replacement (also applies to Base, and Telescopic Cover Replacement) Adjust chair to maximum seat height. Turn chair upside down and set on stand or table. To remove base, tap firmly alternately on opposite arms near hub with rubber or leather mallet. Slide plastic telescopic cover all the way down column.

Cushion Assembly Replacement (also applies to upright, back shells, and seat shell replacement) Seat Remove E-Clips from grooves of the pivot pins then remove the pivot pins on either side of chair control using screw driver or punch and mallet. Remove chair control, column, base assembly from top plate/stretcher assembly.

Arm Replacement Adjust chair to maximum seat height. Turn chair upside down and set on stand or table. Remove screw from the stretcher. Pull out arm and replace. (May require tapping arm with rubber mallet.) IMPORTANT - SET TORQUE OF SCREWS TO 175 -200 IN/LBS. Note: Turn chair upsidedown and look for a lable with build schedule information on it.

Flip Arm End Cap Replacement To remove end cap, strike underneath side with a rubber mallet. To assemble new end cap, place on top of arm mechanism and strike with the rubber mallet. End cap is held in place with a spring clip. Make certain end cap is held on securely.
