Replace the Pick Roller in the following
procedure.
1.
Turn off the scanner and wait for at
least 15 minutes.
2.
Unplug the power cable.
3.
Remove all documents from the ADF
paper chute (feeder)

. Open the sheet guide.
Slide the side guides all the way out by pressing
the side guide buttons, and pull the sheet guide
open from the dip.
