T1, T2 or T3 data: The length of each track data field is fixed at 110 bytes, but the length of valid
data in each field is determined by the track data length field that corresponds to the track
number. The track data includes all data string starting with the start sentinel and ending with
the end sentinel.

In this approach, the reader will keep all the ID TECH data editing and features like Preamble,
Postamble, and other data. The output data is HIDSIZE* bytes; the Total Output Length field
indicates the valid data length in the output data.
Note*: HIDSIZE (560 bytes as described in USB enumeration.) HIDSIZE is subject to change.
Software should auto adjust in case enumeration changes.

The card has a non-standard format. For example, ISO/ABA
track 1 format on track 2.
The card data is sent in a Raw encrypted format. All tracks are
encrypted, and no mask data is sent.
