12.1.1. 4G/LTE USB Modem
Problem: Cannot connect to network via modem
Display or Message
3G/4G icon is not displayed on
the camcorder LCD panel

Troubleshooting
Reason & Solution
Cannot detect USB modem device.
If the Status LED is flashing, the modem is not supported. Check whether the modem is
a supported model or not (see
Modem is not working.
Check whether the modem works properly or not (see
Cannot connect to carrier communication network.
Check that there is a SIM in the modem (see
Check that there is a carrier radio wave signal.
Wireless status icon indicator is not displayed.
Check that OPERATION > Display On/Off > Wireless Status in the setup menu is set to
On.
The network is connected properly.
