Security Guidelines

The RMA805 Enraf FlexLine Remote Indicator has a hardware write protect jumper to prevent
accidental changes to the device configuration data. For maximum security the Enraf FlexLine
Gauge, the Remote Indicator and the cabling must be protected against unauthorized physical
access.
A hardware write-protect locks configuration change. The hardware jumper requires physical
access to the device as well as partial disassembly and should not be modified where the
electronics are exposed to harsh conditions or where unsafe conditions exist.
Ensure that the device hardware write protect jumper is set to the appropriate position to prevent
any unauthorized configuration changes.
