Removing the 3RW5 communication module on a level surface

Requirements
● 3RW5 communication module (accessory)
● Removed bus connector (fieldbus)
You can find further information on connecting to the fieldbus in the Equipment Manual
for the respective 3RW5 communication module.
● Removed COM connecting cable (Page 88)
● Screwdriver (depending on the drive of the screws)
Procedure

1. Loosen the head screws on the 3RW5 communication module.
2. Pull out the push-in lugs from the 3RW5 communication module.
Result
You have removed the 3RW5 communication module and can now mount another
3RW5 communication module.
