8.2.3.1. Description

As standard, the ATyS risequippedwithfourfixedoutputslocatedonthe
motorisation module.
(Drycontactstobepoweredbytheuser).

8.2.3.2. Position auxiliary contact

The ATyS risequippedwithintegratedposition(I–O–II)auxiliarycontactoutputsthrough3offmicroswitches.

Thiscontactgivesconstantfeedbackabouttheproduct'savailabilityandit'scapacitytotransferfromthemainsupplytothe
alternative.ThefeedbackgivenisrelativetothemotorisationmoduleexcludingtheATScontrollerthatmaybemonitored
separately.
The ATyS rperformsaselfdiagnosticstestonthemotorisationmoduleatstartup,whenputfromManual->Autoandthen
every 5 minutes. This test ensures that the ATyS risoperationalintermsofcontrolinputs.Shouldoneofthetestsfail,a
secondtestisperformedtoreconfirmtheerrorstate.ShouldtheATyS rmotorisationmodulebecomeunavailable,contact
63A–64Aareopened,thepower/readyLED'sareswitchedoff,andthefaultLEDisactivated.ThefaultLEDwillremain
activeforaslongassufficientpowerisavailableandthefaultconditionisnotreset.Thefaultisresetwhentheproductis
switched from AUT -> Manual -> Auto mode.
