Overview of the Testing and Measuring Procedures

Allow the Cuvette and Sample Collector for each sample to reach room temperature before use. If the
MyCare Insite Analyser has been disconnected from the power supply, reconnect to reach operating
temperature before testing.
To analyse a patient sample:

Prepare Sample Collector and Cuvette - allow at least 10 minutes to come to room temperature

Place the RFID card provided in the test kit package in the RFID card well on top of the Analyser.

Enter the required patient data.

Prepare a patient sample according to the instructions in the MyCare Insite Test kit package
insert

Insert the cartridge into the Analyser and start the test measurment by closing the door.

The result will be displayed on the Touch Screen.

The result will be saved in the Touch Screen's memory.

If desired, export the result to an (optional) external computer, print the result with an (optional)
external printer (see page 21) or send it via email (see page 28)
Be sure to follow the detailed instructions for the test that are provided in the following sections and to
comply with the information provided in the package insert enclosed with each MyCare Insite Test kit.
