Check the line connection.
Check the FCU - NCU connectors.
Replace the NCU or FCU.
Check for line problems.
Try calling another fax machine.
Try adjusting the reconstruction time for the first
line and/or RX cable equalizer setting.

Check the connections between the FCU, NCU,
& line.
