PROBLEM
Motor fails to start when
switch is turned on.
WARNING: Do not, at any time, let brake fluids, gasoline,

petroleum-based products, penetrating oils, etc., come
into contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage,
weaken or destroy plastic, which may result in serious
personal injury.
CAUSE
Power cord is not plugged in
or connection is loose.
Household circuit breaker is
tripped.
REMEDY
Plug in the power cord.
Check circuit breaker.
