memory module.

video memory module sockets.

Reinstalling video drivers in
OS/2 Warp
You must reinstall the video drivers when you install
additional video memory. To reinstall the video drivers
in OS/2 Warp, follow these steps:
1.
Double-click on the OS/2 System icon on the OS/2
Desktop.
2.
In the "OS/2 System" window, double-click on the
Command Prompts icon.
3.
Double-click on the OS/2 Window icon.
4.
At the C:\ prompt, type:
CD TRIDENT.OS2
and press Enter.
5.
Type:
INSTALL
and press Enter. The "Trident Display Drivers
Installation" window appears.
The "Trident Display Drivers Installation" note-
book automatically opens to the Screen section.
note:
If you accidentally open another section, just click
on the Screen tab to get back to the correct
page.
6.
In the "Screen resolution:" box, click on one
combination of screen width, screen height, and
number of colors (for example, 640x480x256).
7.
Click on the tab marked "Refresh". The Vertical
Refresh Rates will be displayed.
8.
Click on the down arrow in the Vertical Refresh
Rate box for the resolution you will use. When you
see the list of refresh rates, click on the one you
will use. Click on Install.
9.
When the "Trident Display Drivers Installation"
window with the message "Installation has been
completed..." appears, click on OK.
10.
When the C:\ prompt reappears, type:
Exit
and press Enter.
11.
Shut down OS/2 Warp and reboot (restart) your
computer.
