Special Considerations
Aggregate mode of operation is synchronous at all times.
Aggregate DTR is always forced ON; Aggregate RTS is always forced ON.
If the SRM-6 is communicating with a DSU, select aggregate rates of 19.2, 56.0 or 64.0Kpbs.
If the SRM-6 is communicating with a modem, select aggregate rates of 19.2, 28.8 or 33.6Kbps.
While saving an aggregate rate change, the SRM-6 can be busy for up to 10 seconds, during
which the SCM may declare a "slot not responding" condition. Press Enter to respond to the
SCM and return to the Shelf Inventory screen. The new rate will have been saved correctly.
With a new aggregate rate, all previously enabled channels with no DTE RTS will be disabled.
They must be enabled again at the Channel Interface Configuration Screen.
