Channel Interface Configuration Screen

At the SRM-6 Configuration menu, press 2 and then press Enter to access the Channel
Interface Configuration screen, shown below.
defaults shown in Bold.

Special Considerations
Channel DCD will turn ON when Aggregate DCD is ON.
Overspeed is 1% (nominal) for asynchronous operation.
Channel DSR is always forced ON.

(Note: In 56/64 Kbps operation, 1200 bps is not available.)
Sets asynchronous or

Sets the async character length for the selected channel as: 8 bits, 9
bits,
10 bits
Sets the TX Data Clock for:
ST
(DCE Send Timing), or
TT (DTE Terminal Timing)
Sets the CTS action for the selected channel as:
Follows RTS (CTS follows RTS), or
Forced ON
(Force CTS ON)
Returns to the SRM-6 Configuration screen without saving channel
interface configuration changes to the unit.
Saves channel interface configuration changes to the unit.
Exits the Configuration menu and returns to the SRM-6 Main Menu.
