SRM-6 Alarm Monitor
At the SRM-6 Main Menu, press 3 and then press Enter to access the Alarm Monitor screen,
shown below.

Special Considerations
This screen will refresh with updated status information every two seconds. When you type 0 and
press Enter to return to the Main Menu, the system will process that command at the end of the
refresh interval.

describes the read-only aggregate and channel interface alarms.
Description / Settings
No DCD (Masked, Active, or Inactive)
An active alarm indicates there is no DCD on the aggregate port.
No Frame Sync (Masked, Active, or Inactive)
An active alarm indicates the device is unable to acquire framing.
No Remote Frame Sync (Masked, Active, or Inactive)
An active alarm indicates the remote device is unable to acquire
framing.
No RTS (Masked, Active, or Inactive)
An active alarm indicates the channel RTS is off.
No Rem CTS (Masked, Active, or Inactive)
An active alarm indicates the remote channel RTS is off.
Exits the Alarm Monitor screen and returns to the SRM-6 Main Menu.
