AUTO
When the AUTO button is pressed, the light will turn on,
indicating the main refrigeration system has been
activated. In Auto mode, the WASH or STANDBY button
functions are automatically canceled. The Mix Ref
function is automatically locked to maintain the mix in the
cabinet, and the PUMP function is locked in to allow mix
pump operation as required.
PUMP
When the PUMP button is pressed, the light will turn on,
indicating that the mix pump will operate.
Note:
An indicating light and an audible tone will sound
when a mode of operation has been pressed. To cancel
any function, press the button again, the light and mode
of operation will shut off.

Adjustable Draw Handle

These s feature an adjustable draw handle to provide the
best portion control, giving a better, consistent quality to
your product and controlling costs. The draw handle
should be adjusted to provide a flow rate of 5 to 7-1/2 oz.
of product by weight per 10 seconds. To increase the
flow rate, turn the screw counterclockwise. To
decrease the flow rate, turn the screw clockwise.
Important! When dispensing product, pull only one draw
handle at a time.

Airflow Adjustment

Note:

1. Open the prime plug.
2. Make sure the suction line is open to airflow and is
not inserted in liquid.
3. Press the PUMP button.
4. Adjust the airflow to the desired setting. The flow rate
is factory set at 1.0 to 1.4 CFM.
5. Press the PUMP button to cancel operation.
6. Prime the machine according to the operating
instructions. Make sure the mix has stopped flowing
from the purge hole before closing the prime plug.
