Calls to your number are indicated on the INTERNAL key (I). You can make both internal and exter-
nal calls using this key.
The TEAM key (T) indicators show you whether the party being called is busy or whether someone is
currently trying to call him/her. This key also enables you to pick up calls for other team members. In
addition, you can call any other member of the team by simply pressing the TEAM key.
Calls on external lines are indicated below the EXTERNAL keys (E). At the same time, the call is also
indicated below your partners' MULTIPLE EXTERNAL key (ME). Any team member can
use this key to make external calls.

Calls to your number are indicated below the INTERNAL key (I). As a special feature, calls for the
manager are usually picked up by the secretary. You can make both internal and external calls using
this key.
Calls for the manager or secretary are indicated simultaneously below the MULTIPLE INTERNAL key
(MI). This means that the manager or the secretary can take calls for each other. You can also make
calls using these keys (in which case, however, you occupy your partner's corresponding number).
With the PARTNER keys (P) you can call either the manager or the secretary with one single key-
stroke. Similarly, your partner also has a key which he/she can use to call you. A display above the
key indicates whether the line is busy or free. You can also make calls if the other subscriber is busy.
