a) Installing and connecting PC Meter Link
1.
Insert your installation CD in the CD drive of your computer.
The CD installation menu appears.

Select your country in the list, then click OK .
A new menu appears.

Choose Run PC Meter Link software installation .
If you do not have a high speed Internet connection avail-
able, the Mailing System can communicate with the server
using a dial-up modem connected to an analog telephone
line or fax line.
This method can only be used for postage rate updates
and fund download .
Depending on your connecting equipment, choose the
applicable method below.
Please do not connect your Mailing System to a USB port on
your PC before installing PC Meter Link software.
The installation software will notify you when to connect your
Mailing System to your PC.
Please close all running applications before beginning PC Meter
Link Software installation.
