Change of the filter and the orifice
For replacement of the filter and the orifice, first remove the plug screw (Fig. 8: item 6) using a wrench SW 13.
Afterwards, you can release the thrust piece (Fig. 8: item 5) and the O-ring (Fig. 8: item 4) as well as the strainer (Fig. 8:
item 2). Use a slotted screw-driver to unscrew the orifice (Fig. 8: item 1).
Caution!
After having screw-fastened the orifice again, you can re-insert the strainer, the O-ring and the thrust piece, and fasten them
using the plug screw and the Cu seal.

Change of the pressure limiting valve
To protect circulation of the lubricant, the pump comprises an integrated pressure limiting valve (Fig. 9: item 2). This opens of
a medium pressure of 280 bar. To replace the pressure relief valve, first remove the plug screw (see Fig. 9: item 1), then
unscrew the pressure relief valve using a 9 mm hexagon key.

For reinstallation, make sure that the sealing edge of the orifice is not damaged.

When installing the pressure relief valve, make sure that the ball, valve plunger and spring are
arranged correctly in the pressure relief valve housing.
When tightening the pressure relief valve, make sure to fit it correctly in the pump casing, as it
seals via a cutting edge.
After installing the pressure relief valve, close the opening using the plug screw with Cu sealing
ring which was removed previously.
