Troubleshooting
■ There is no Sound
Cause
The MUTE function is
enabled.
The volume level is
adjusted to the
minimum.
Audio in terminal select
is [Off].
■ The Projected Image Is Blurred
Cause
The image is out of
focus.
The distance to the
screen is too short.
The projector is not
placed straight in front of
the screen.
The projector has been
moved to a place where
the temperature varies a
lot.
The lens is stained.
Video is blurred.
Motion blur reduction is
not available.
The lens unit is not
installed correctly.
The lens lever is not
engaged.
Countermeasure
Press the MUTE button on the remote control (P34).
Press the VOL button on the remote control or the
VOL+ button on the side control to adjust the volume
level (P29, P34).
Change the Audio In terminal to the appropriate
setting (P145).
Countermeasure
Adjust the focus (P43).
Check whether the distance to the screen is
appropriate (P51).
Check whether the projector is placed obliquely to
the screen. A slight error in the projection angle can
be corrected through the keystone adjustment
function (P81).
When the projector is moved from a location where
the temperature is low to a location where the
temperature is high, condensation may form on the
lens. The condensation will evaporate after a period
of time and the projector will be able to project a
normal image.
Clean the lens (P191).
Activate motion blur reduction (P149).
[Motion blur reduction] is not available in [DICOM
SIM] image mode. The menu is grayed out.
Check whether the lens unit is installed correctly
(P53).
