• Set the raster lever system (2) in the highest position on
both sides.
• Raise the sweeping machine frame until the brush shaft
is completely unobstructed. (look out for the hydraulic
hoses).
Entanglement and pinching of the hydraulic hoses
will cause damage.
A mechanical safeguard against lowering of

the collector vessel is necessary (pinch point
between the side sections of the sweeping
machine frame and collector vessel.)
Secure sweeping machine and carrier
ATTENTION
vehicle against unintended restart, sagging
and movement!
• Pull the motor bearer (7) with hydraulic motor (8) out of
the drum shaft (9).
• Pull the drum shaft (9) out beneath the sweeping
machine.
• Lower the sweeping machine frame (10) and place it on
the rear support rollers.
• Remove the four countersink screws (11) and unmount
the holding plate (12).
• Replace worn-out brush rings. (For the quantity of brush
rings, see the list of spare parts. Brush set, Snowline,
Sunline, Beeline, 50% Sunlind and 50% corrugated wire
are possible):
• Before assembly, clean all parts and replace if
necessary.

• The assembly of the brush shaft is carried out in the
opposite order of the deinstallation.
