Chapter 3.5 Deinstallation must be

Park sweeping machine on a irm and level surface
in a dry, clean place.
Accident hazard! Ensure the Gigant

is securely positioned.
• Close the taps on the side broom (1) and for the
hydraulic cylinder (drainage) (2).
• Support wheel (3) must be pointed toward to the rear.
Take the ground pressure off the sweeping drum
• Consecutively pull the handles (4) of the raster lever
system on both sides of the machine and put the levers
in the adjustment raster in the top position.
Take the sweeping drum's net weight into

account when adjusting the levers!
Gigant sweeping machine without collector vessel
• For the open sweeping machine, shift the two supports
(5) to the ground and secure them.
Swing the side broom away from the work area
• Move side broom from position A to position B.
• Lever (6) locks the side broom through the locking bar
(7).
The lever (6) must be completely engaged (7).
Water spraying device
• Draining the water tank (8). Open the drainage bolt (9)
(bottom of tank).
• If there is danger of frosts, activate the pump of the
water spraying device for 10 to 15 sec. until no more
residual water remains in the hoses.
