CAUSE
- No electric power supply.
- Circuit board fault.
- No power to the start motor.
- Possible fault in the sparkplug preheating
relay.
- Emergency button engaged.
- Engine oil level too low.
- No fuel.
- Fuel is not being delivered to the engine
- The alternator is not charging.
- Insufficient coolant or radiator dirty.
- Unsuitable mixture
- Safety grill open.
- Hydraulic fluid level too low.
- Hydraulic fluid temperature too high.
- One of the S valve or pumping piston
control solenoid valves is faulty.
- Fault in one of the position sensors for the
S valve or the pumping pistons (check that
the led in question lights up).
- Distributor lever not raised.
- Safety grill open.
- Foreign matter jamming the mixer. Check
the pressure on the pressure gauge.
- Wear plate or S valve disc worn.
- Pumping pistons worn.
- Pumping mixture too dense.
- S valve out of register
- S valve out of register
- Pumping pistons worn.
- Function deactivated at the control panel.
- No electric power supply
- Distributor lever not raised
- No water delivery to the pump.
- Function not activated at the auxiliary
control panel.
- Function activated in automatic, but with
pumping deactivated.
- Possible pump or hose blockage.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
- Check the battery charge and the master
fuse.
- Stop pumping operations and contact the
authorised service centre
- Check the battery charge, the master fuse
and start motor wiring.
- Check the operation of the relay and
replace it if necessary.
- Reset the emergency button.
- Top up the oil.
- Fill the fuel tank and try again.
- Check the operation of the diesel solenoid
valve relay.
- Check the alternator cable and replace it
if necessary.
- Add coolant, clean the radiator.
- Make the mixture more fluid.
- Close the grill.
- Top up the reservoir.
- Check the fluid level and
clean the radiator; wait for the fluid to cool
down, with the engine running.
- Check the solenoid valve wiring (see
wiring diagram) and check the led in
question lights up.
- Check the position sensor wiring (see
wiring diagram).
- Raise the distributor lever
- Close the grill.
- Remove the foreign matter / blockage in
the hose.
- Adjust the S valve.
- Replace the pistons.
- Make the mixture more fluid.
- Adjust the S valve.
- Adjust the S valve.
- Replace the pistons.
- Turn the switch (Fig. 14 Ref. 4) to the right
position.
- Check the wiring, the fit of the plug in its
socket and the operation of the relay.
- Raise the distributor lever.
- Check that the intake hose is not crimped
or crushed. If necessary, place a water tank
at a suitable height and run the pump.
- Activate the pump with the control panel
switch.
- Activate manual mode on the control
panel.
- Check for blockages in the hose and
remove them, taking the usual precautions
against contact with the skin and eyes.
- Check the wiring. If possible, stop
working, disconnect the solenoid valve
connector and manually adjust the
accelerant flow rate with the knob on the
solenoid valve.
