6.6.5 Network PAN_ID

pan_id：
PANID Parameters need to be configured before setting up or joining the network

Short_Addr：2 Byte Address randomly assigned by coordinator

Mac_Addr： 8 Byte

Coor_shortAddr：2 Byte Short address of the parent node of the current node, if it is coordinator, it should be
