13. Confirm the X belt tension.
Hang the fan tension scale on the front side (side of the
rear door) of the X belt and measure the tension.
(1) Move the transfer assembly to the specified position as
shown in the figure.
(2) Place the gauge vertically on the center of the X belt in
the lengthwise direction.

(3) Push the tip of the tension scale probe on the center of
the X belt in the widthwise direction. The tension scale
must be placed at the right angle with the scale side.

(4) Push the X belt to the end (bin side) by 10 mm using
the tension scale under the following conditions and
measure the load.
Specifications :
The load must be within the range of F = 13.5 to 17.5
N (1.4 to 1.8 kgf)
(5) If the load is out the specifications, readjust the
tension.
