6-5. Connecting Extension Consoles
3. When Connecting Two or More Extension Consoles
3-1. Connecting the second extension console (In
case of connecting two extension consoles)
To connect the second extension console, install the second ex-
tension console in the same way as described in item "1. Remov-
ing the Cabinets (steps 4) through "2. Connecting the Console"
3-2. Connecting the second and subsequent
extension consoles (In case of connecting 3
to 6 extension consoles)
1. To connect the second and subsequent extension
consoles, install them in the same way as described in
item "1. Removing the Cabinets (steps 4) through "2.
Connecting the Console".
2. If the accumulated differences of the top and bottom of
the X reference pins A - A exceed 2 mm, perform
the following procedure.
(1) Remove the eight hexagonal head cap bolts and flat
cables of the extension consoles that have exceeded
the differences of 2 mm. (Do not move the frame in
the horizontal direction.)
(2) . If the accumulated difference of the top side is
smaller, rotate the two casters that are located far
from the basic console, by 30 degrees counter-
clockwise and insert the spacer B (at two locations
in the front and rear). Fix them by the eight hexago-
nal head cap bolts that are removed in step (1).

. If the accumulated difference of the bottom side is
smaller, rotate the two casters that are located far
from the basic console, by 30 degrees clockwise,
insert the spacer into C (at two locations in the
front and rear) and fix them by the eight hexagonal
head cap bolts that are removed in step (1).

(3) Connect the flat able that is removed in step (1).
4. Installation
1. Move down all of the floor levelers of the connected
extension consoles to the height of the caster adjusted
in step 1 of "2. Connecting the Console", and ground
them on the floor.
2. Lift up the casters to move the load to the leveler and
fasten the nut.
