6. Attach the belt fixing panel (X) to the X slider (top)
with the two hexagonal head cap bolts (M5 x 12).

The hexagonal head cap bolt must be attached in the
center position of the long hole.

7. Confirm that the lower X belt does not twist. Engage
the six gear teeth of each side of the timing belt
between the fixing belt and the belt fixing panel (X)
that is removed in step 12 of "7. Removing the X
Belt".

8. Attach the X belt on the lower pulley of the synchro
shaft. Fix the X belt pulley assembly (bottom) with the
two washers (D4) and the two hexagon head cap bolts
(M4 x 14) (b), and attach it to the extension end
condole.

While moving the X belt pulley assembly (bottom) in
the direction of increasing the belt tension, tighten the
bolts.
Adjust the belt fixing panel (X) so that the belt is
engaged with the synchro shaft to enable the X slider
(bottom) to be located within its installation range.

9. Rotate the hexagonal head cap bolt (c) that is removed
in step 9 of "7. Removing the X Belt", of the X tension
assembly fully in the direction of loosening the spring,
then attach the X tension assembly to the end console
by reversing the attachment procedure.

10. Loosen the two hexagonal head cap bolts (M4 x 14)
(b) that are tightened in step 8, and fasten the adjust-
ment screw until the stepped portion of the tension
adjustment shaft is aligned with the X-belt pulley
assembly's end surface. Then tighten the three hexago-
nal head cap bolts (M4 x 14).
11. Attach the belt fixing panel (X) on the X slider
(bottom).

12. Remove the X-axis shipping metal (top)/(bottom).
