Door Hinge Clips –
Attach the Hinge Plates before assembling the cabinetry.
With the arrow indicator on the hinge block facing to the front edge of the panel. Line up the
Hinge Plate with the pre-drilled holes in the End Panel. Fix these by tapping them in gently with
a hammer, then tightening the screws. Refer to image 10 page 10
Start the cabinetry assembly by using either one of the End Panels
Back Panel - Ensuring the cam locks are facing away from the inside. Place the cabinet back panel
onto the end panel. Match up the cam locks with the cam pins. Tighten the cam locks and cam
pins together by using a Phillips head hand screwdriver.
Bottom & Top Panels - With the cam locks facing away from the inside of the cabinet attach the
bottom & top panels to the back panel. Refer to images 11 & 12 page 11
Place the remaining end panel over the above assembled panels. Ensuring the cam pins are lined
up with the cam locks. Tighten the cam pins to the cam locks.
• Note: You may need to lightly tap the cam pins into the cam locks with a rubber mallet. Ensure
you do this where the cam pins are located. Failure to do so may result in damage to the End
Panel.
Step 3 – Placing both Units to the Alpha Wall Bed
Place the Drawer unit next to the side of the Alpha Wallbed that it will be attached to. Ensure the
front edge of the drawers are flush with the front edge of the wall bed cabinet.
Prior to attaching the door panel. Place the upper cabinet on top of the Drawer Unit and line up the
front edge of the bottom panel with the front of the drawer on the Drawer unit.
• NOTE: This will leave the Front Edge of the End Panel of this cabinet approximately 18mm back
from the Front Edge of the wall bed End Panel. This will allow for the Door Panel to be flush with
the wall bed End Panel.
Step 4 – Attaching the Drawer Unit to the Upper Cabinet and WallBed
Caution: Do Not over tighten the wood screws into the side of the wall
bed End Panel or bottom of the top cabinet as it may end up protruding
through the opposite side of the panel.
Attaching the Drawer Unit to the Upper Cabinet - Remove the drawer, pre-drill a 5mm hole screw
up through the top panel of the drawer unit into the base of the upper Cabinet. Attach the two units
together using the 28mm screws supplied.
