Door Preparation

• Ensure your door is 35-51mm thick.
• Position Door Template at the desired lock height
(Recommend 1m from the floor) and mark with a pencil
all holes, including the latch hole.
• If retrofitting using an existing 54mm cylinder hole, use
the template to mark the position of the 14mm hole.

Drilling

• Use a 54mm hole saw for the main
hole, as shown.
• Use a 14mm spade bit for the
screw hole, as shown.
• Using a 25mm hole saw or spade bit,
drill latch hole horizontally through to the
previously drilled 54mm hole, as shown.
NOTE: In order to prevent splintering of the door face,
drill holes from both sides of the door.
