Functional description
Sets the voltage measurement range
(primary voltage).
Sets the digit number of voltage range.
Sets the full-scale of frequency meter, and
the output range of analog output.
Sets the digit number of significant
figures of frequency range.
Sets the output factor of AO2 (analog
output 1).
Sets the output factor of AO2 (analog
output 2).
Sets the output factor of AO3 (analog
output 3).
Sets the function which makes a lower limit
the analog output at the case of a minute
input (adequate to 0.5％ or less) in analog
output.
Sets the function of the external operation

Sets the ON/OFF of voltage measurement
