3. Connect the other end of the 1-phase charge cable
to a mains outlet. When the battery charges, the
indicator for power and state of charge of the product
battery (A) on the control panel flashes.
4. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator for
power and state of charge of the product battery
goes off.
Remote control battery
The operation time is approximately 8-10 hours when
the remote control battery is fully charged. If the display
is used frequently, the operation time can decrease.
Before you use the remote control for the first time, it is
necessary to charge the battery.
To remove and install the remote control
battery in the remote control
1. Turn the remote control to get access to the rear
side where the battery is.
2. Remove or install the remote control battery.
To charge the remote control battery with the
battery charger
Charge time for an empty remote control battery is
approximately 2-3 hours with the battery charger.

3. Connect the remote control battery to the battery
charger. The indicator on the battery charger is
orange when the remote control battery charges.
4. When the remote control battery is fully charged, the
indicator becomes green. Remove the remote
control battery from the battery charger.
5. Disconnect the battery charger from the mains
outlet.
To charge the remote control battery with the
CAN bus cable
Charge time with the CAN bus cable is longer than with
the battery charger. The remote control can be operated
during charge with CAN bus cable.
1. Connect the remote control to the product with the
CAN bus cable. Refer to
control to the product with a CAN bus cable on page
28 . The product battery indicator in the remote
control display comes on when the battery charges.

3. Disconnect the CAN bus cable from the product.
4. Disconnect the CAN bus cable from the remote

To install and remove the grinding head
WARNING: The chassis is not balance when
the grinding head is removed. Make sure
that the chassis can not fall. It can cause
injury or damage.
