• "DISC": Calibration of the control for direction of
rotation and speed of grinding discs on the remote
control.
• "HEAD": Calibration of the control for direction of
rotation and speed of grinding head on the remote
control.
• "JOYSTICK X": Calibration of the joystick position,
right and left.
• "JOYSTICK Y": Calibration of the joystick position,
forward and rearward.
• "MACHINE DISC": Calibration of the control for
direction of rotation and speed of grinding discs on
the control panel.
• "MACHINE HEAD": Calibration of the control for
direction of rotation and speed of grinding head on
the control panel.
To calibrate the speed control
1. Select "SPEED" in the "CALIBRATION" menu.
2. Turn the speed limit knob (A) counterclockwise to 0
for minimum value.

3. Push the "OK" button (B).
4. Push the down arrow key (C) and select
"MAXIMUM" (D) in the display.
5. Turn the speed limit knob clockwise to maximum
value.
6. Push the "OK" button.
7. Push the button (E) to go back in the menu structure.
To calibrate the grinding disc and the grinding head
1. Select "DISC", "HEAD", "MACHINE DISC" or
"MACHINE HEAD" in the "CALIBRATION" menu.

2. Turn the knob for direction of rotation and speed for
grinding head counterclockwise to stop for minimum
(A).

3. Push the "OK" button (B).
4. Use the arrow key down (C) and select "CENTER"
(D) in the display.
5. Turn the knob for direction of rotation and speed for
grinding head clockwise into position where the knob
points straight up (E).
6. Push the "OK" button.
7. Use the arrow key down and select "MAXIMUM" (F)
in the display.
8. Turn the knob for direction of rotation and speed for
grinding head clockwise to stop for maximum (G).
9. Push the "OK" button.
10. Push the button (H) to go back in the menu
structure.
11. Do the same procedure for the other 3 controls.
To calibrate the joystick
1. To calibrate the horizontal movement of the joystick,
select "JOYSTICK X" in the "CALIBRATION" menu.
2. Push the joystick straight to the left (A) and hold the
joystick in this position.
