4. Operating Main·Sub Thread Adjusting Devices
1) Basic Specifications
- To get the best stitch quality, increase the upper thread tension in thick stepped pulley process while stitching.
- Turn off the duel tension button and adjust the tension of main thread control device in A part condition of main material.
- Turn on the duel tension button and adjust the tension of sub-thread control device in the B part condition of thick material
with stepped pulley.
- Conduct a general sewing work while turning off the duel tension button and progress the work according to the condition that
increases the upper thread tension pressing duel tension button when reaching the position of material B with stepped pulley.
When the stepped pulley stitch work finishes, keep stitching after decreasing the upper thread tension by pressing the duel
tension button C again.
